Marrakech

One of our favourite places in the world, Storm traveled to Marrakech, shooting at the incredible Berber Lodge. Nestled amongst the olive trees near the village of Oumes.

Our favourite meal of the day would have to be breakfast, of dried fruits, spiced roasted granola and fresh thickened jogurt washed down with mint tea.

We loved getting lost seeking treasures in the souk, favourite finds were buying traditional slippers from the many vendors, kilim poufs and the most amazing berber wool rug that we will treasure forever. We stopped by the spice market and stocked up. We enjoyed lunch people watching over looking the spice market at Cafe de Epices. 

Highlights, we drank in the history and immersed ourselves in the beauty of the Ben Youssef Madrasa. We got inspired at Le Jardin Majorelle, the beloved residence of Yves Saint Laurent.
