It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. Full price, unwashed, unworn and unused items with the hygiene sticker and tag still in place on bikini bottoms may be returned for exchange or store credit up to 15 days from the dispatch date. Store credit is valid for 1 year. If 15 days have gone by since the dispatch date of your purchase and you have not notified us, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange.
Please notify us of the return on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with with the return address of our office in Sydney, Australia. Please enclose a note with your full name and order number in the return. We do not accept returns in our Bali office. Unless the item is faulty we are unable to refund.
For on sale or coupon discounted items all sales are final, returns are accepted only if the item is received faulty.
The shipping of returns is handled at the customer's own cost. Storm recommends that you return them with registered trackable post as we are not liable if your package goes missing. We must receive the return within 3 weeks of notifying us. If more than 3 weeks has gone by since notifying us of the return we are sorry but we cannot process the return.
All items are checked carefully prior to dispatch, however if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package on email@example.com.
Please email a photo and full description of the fault for return details. We will only accept faulty goods if the goods were received damaged and no attempt has been made to repair the goods. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible we will replace the faulty item. If it is out of stock you will receive a full refund. We are required to inspect any faulty items and recommend that you return them with registered trackable post. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Storm swim will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement.
