- We use DHL Express courier service for all deliveries globally (with exception to Russia).
- Delivery time frame within 3-4 working days
- DHL provide fully traceable service with signature required on delivery.
- For Russia we use EMS courier service, EMS requires orders to be sent to individuals not company addresses. 4-10 working days traceable delivery service.
- Orders are dispatched from our Indonesian warehouse in Bali. Orders are sent the same day if made before 10am, next morning if made after.
- Orders made over the weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
- We will email you with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. For security reason all goods require a signature
- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is the correct one, once your order has left our warehouse we are unable to alter addresses. A re-shipping fee will be applied if we need to re-ship.
- DHL are unable to ship to PO box's please provide a secure address where someone will be available to sign for the package during working hours. If no one is available DHL will leave a delivery card for you to reschedule delivery.
- Should you opt for the delivery to be left unsigned for we do not accept any responsibility or liability.
- In some circumstances the receiver may be required by their countries customs regulations and government policies to pay duties and tax’s, this is the responsibility of the receiver. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Storm are unable to pay these customs charges on your behalf. Unfortunately If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

- We will exchange or refund unworn, unused swimwear with the hygiene sticker and storm tags still in place for up to 14 days from the dispatch date. If the condition is not as new we reserve the right to reject the return.
- We do not accept returns on sale, made to order or coupon discounted items. This is non negotiable.
- We must be notified of the return within 14 days on firstname.lastname@example.org we will then email you our returns address in Sydney, Australia. We cannot accept returns to our Bali, Indonesia warehouse.
- Please provide in the email your full name, order number, the item you wish to exchange and reason.
- We must receive the return within 4 weeks of notifying us.
- The shipping of a return to our Sydney office and exchange shipping is handled at the customer's own cost
- Any refunds provided will be for the cost of the item minus shipping and after pay transaction fees if after pay was the method of payment.
- Storm recommends that you return items with registered track-able post as we are not liable if your package goes missing.
- Please enclose in the return package our Storm return form filled out with your name and order number.
- In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package on email@example.com.
- Please email a photo and full description of the fault for return details. We will only accept faulty goods if the goods were received damaged and no attempt has been made to repair the goods. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
- Where possible we will replace the faulty item.
- If it is out of stock you will receive a full refund.
- We are required to inspect any faulty item and recommend that you return them with registered track-able post, if the item is deemed faulty we will reimburse you the cost of shipping to us.
