We provide FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $150. Flat-rate $15 USD for all other orders across the globe. We use DHL as our Standard Delivery which usually takes 3-4 working days across the globe. We will provide a tracking number from DHL so you can track your order.

Please note. DHL do not ship to Russia to individuals and can only send to a company address. We can only send to individuals in Russia through EMS Postal service. EMS usually takes 4-10 working days. We will provide a tracking number from EMS.

We dispatch our orders from our office in Bali Indonesia same day if the order is made before 10am and the next morning if made after. Orders made over the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Shipping usually takes 3-4 working days across the globe with DHL. If you have not received your package after 7 working days please email us on aloha@stormswim.com and we will help trace the order.

We will email you with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. For your security all goods require a signature when received. Because of this please provide an address where somebody will be available to sign during office hours.

Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number details provided for your order are correct. DHL is unable to ship to PO Box's. 

 Storm swim is not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or unclaimed parcels. Parcels returned to Storm for any reason will be subject to a returned charge of courier cost and a re-sending fee.

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. For Australian customers import tax is 10% for orders over $1000 AUD. For anything under $1000 their is no tax. For other countries please check with your own countries rules and regulations. Storm does not have any control over these charges and are unable to advise what they will be.

For further information, please contact your local customs office. 
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Storm are unable to pay these customs charges on your behalf. Unfortunately If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned.

It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. Full price, unwashed, unworn and unused items with the hygiene sticker and tag still in place on bikini bottoms may be returned for exchange or store credit up to 15 days from the dispatch date. Store credit is valid for 1 year. If 15 days have gone by since the dispatch date of your purchase and you have not notified us, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange. 

Please notify us of the return on aloha@stormswim.com and we will provide you with with the return address of our office in Sydney, Australia. Please enclose a note with your full name and order number in the return. We do not accept returns in our Bali office. Unless the item is faulty we are unable to refund.

For on sale or coupon discounted items all sales are final, returns are accepted only if the item is received faulty.

The shipping of returns is handled at the customer's own cost. Storm recommends that you return them with registered trackable post as we are not liable if your package goes missing. We must receive the return within 3 weeks of notifying us. If more than 3 weeks has gone by since notifying us of the return we are sorry but we cannot process the return. 

Faulty Goods

All items are checked carefully prior to dispatch, however if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package on aloha@stormswim.com.

Please email a photo and full description of the fault for return details. We will only accept faulty goods if the goods were received damaged and no attempt has been made to repair the goods. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible we will replace the faulty item. If it is out of stock you will receive a full refund. We are required to inspect any faulty items and recommend that you return them with registered trackable post. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Storm swim will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement.
